Maria Inês experiences the first breezes of love during a summer vacation. Accompanied by her friends, she strolls through the neighborhood where she lives, spending her time between beads and a movie shoot.
Maria Inês, a young girl full of energy and curiosity, dives into the effervescent emotions of her first love experiences during her summer holidays in a social neighborhood in Lisbon. Accompanied by her inseparable friends, she explores the streets of the neighborhood where the heat of the sun mixes with the ebullition resulting from the diversity of people who live there. Between laughter and secrets, the group of friends has fun playing games and improvised choreographies. This collaborative process between the director and the neighborhood children allows them to make a film where there is no shortage of improvisations and spontaneous dialogues, which reflect not only the experiences of Maria Inês and her friends, but above all the importance of belonging to a community.
