Hitchhiking in the back roads of France in search of a communist retreat in Andalusia is perhaps not where we imagine two vampires might be strolling. One night, they take shelter at Lise-Marine’s house, where they pass the time between wine and conversations.
Marinaleda is the destination of two vampires. Still in French lands, together they hitchhike to reach this Spanish province. During this adventure, the two friends are faced with the challenges of today’s world, where traditional coffins, garlic and crucifixes are long outdated references.
