IndieJúnior has a programme of short and feature films – fiction, documentary and animation – for the various age groups, including preschool, 1st, 2nd and 3rd cycles. The films are carefully chosen so as to correspond to the interests, problems and inspirations of each age group, with the aim of establishing a relationship between each work and student, leaving space for debate and reflection in school, at home and in life.
This year, between April 27th and May 7th, IndieJúnior Schools comes to the classroom and also to the movie theatres, during the full IndieLisboa programme. IndieJunior brings in this new edition a selection of fresh films that will contribute to everyone’s learning, fun, reflection and growth.
We invite teachers to participate with their students and colleagues in yet another edition. For the Sessions at the schools, the films will be sent to schools through an online platform, where they can be seen with students, having the teachers full flexibility to define days and schedules for the sessions. The programmes will be available between April 27th and May 7th, a period that can be flexible and agreed between the faculty and the festival’s team.
The process is simple: we send a link and an access code. The school only needs a computer with internet access that connects to a projector, video projection with mp4 files, sound system, a dark room and the willingness to dive into cinema!
The screenings schedule is now available for consultation on the timetable page.
To all schools who have signed up and those who wish to do so, we remind you that the reference limit date for payment is April 14th. Registration has a price of €1,50 per student (teachers and staff are exempt).
