Everyone likes Dormouse‘s birthday. But this year, this little mouse is going to sleep too much. Are they waiting for him to throw the party? In Two OneTwo, we learn that there are very nice shelters that protect us from the dangers of the world. This Tiger lives on a ceramic plate, which is his decoration where there is always food at hand. But when there isn’t, the adventure begin and the search for something to snack on is the main mission. The Little Bird and the Squirrel play an exciting squirrel hunt. But watch out for the sly fox! Mr Chicken Goes to Mars has already made many trips and met many people. Now he has a new and exuberant goal: going to Mars. The Lambs have a son they adore. But now they’re worried: why does he say “moo” instead of “meé”?
Designed and created by illustrator and filmmaker Maria Remédio.
In this workshop we will start by watching the film Death to the Bikini!, by Justine Gauthier and discover who the characters are and what story they tell us. Inspired by the images and narrative of the film, we will solve a series of predefined situations, thinking and imagining how we can put ourselves “In other people’s shoes”. What changes in us when we manage to do so? In what creative and funny ways, we help our friends get around certain situations?
Then, with a film camera and all the workshop participants within the frame, will make a mini film entitled “In the skin of others”.
The film Death to the Bikini!, by Justine Gauthier, can be seen in Curtas +10.

In the film Filante, a little bat keeps pieces of the moon while a girl looks for her little mouse… The two will cross paths in this colorful story. Scrubby loves his mother and snuggles into his mother’s fur. One day the mother starts to lose her fur and it will be Scrubby with his natural Scrubby coat, who will hold her mother. The Golem didn’t do it on purpose, but it ended up becoming The Bridge that joins cliffs in a forest, an unexpected community service. The little hermit Crab, Bernard, loses the shell that protects him. To face the dangers of the beach, naked, he will need the help of an unusual friend. It’s winter, there’s snow and ice: there’s nothing better than taking a friend and going skating, but in Hoofs on Skate something mysterious will reveal itself… Mr Chicken Goes to Mars has already made many trips and met many people. Now he has a new and exuberant goal: going to Mars.

Baby Workshop, designed and promoted by the A Porta Amarela collective artists.
In this Breath of Tenderness workshop designed especially for babies, we will take as a starting point the films from this year’s Lap Cinema and enhance the different stimuli that we can draw from them: the colors, the textures, the sounds, the senses. With the use of moving images, exploration of materials, space to play and feel and moments between family, the cozy lap cinema tent will be a place to share unforgettable experiences.
Pack ticket valid for one child and two accompanying adults.
In Summer 96, Paul feels in these beach days that he no longer belongs in the children’s world… Ehsan, an Iranian boy who lives in a village, sees his brother getting worse from an illness. That’s why he fills up with courage to defend him from the ghostly Deer that could come and take his soul. In this adventure Muscle Man in: Metal Mayhem we will meet a hero with a big problem: being too tidy and clean. In an important tournament for the young handball team, the Game Rules call one of the participants into question. Death to the Bikini!, is a punk film that makes us think about the arbitrariness of the rules of the adult world that impose decisions that seem, to children, completely meaningless.
