The times we live in need films like this. The urgency of responding to what’s happening in the world with an engaged, pamphleteering, outspoken film. We unfold the world map on the table, with the European continent in the centre. The answer and solution are in the title. Below and to the left. The hypothesis of Latin America as resistance, through the voice of guerrilla radio. History is known and repeats itself. The rich will do anything for the poor, except get off their backsides.
