In a rural area of Brazil, Dadá and Tato take the hen Chica to Mr. Vicente’s restaurant, developing a special bond with her along the way. In Eloise’s Summer, a nine-year-old girl discovers and learns to love her curly hair and Cameroonian roots, documenting her summer adventure in a book she illustrates herself. In A Dog’s Life, when her grandmother’s dog dies, Luna helps with the burial and, curious about what happens after death, decides to investigate on her own. In the documentary I Really Want to See You, four children guide us into a prison’s visiting room, giving voice to the children of inmates and showing how they live a reality they never chose. The session ends with Ananasimos: from the top of one pineapple, another can grow, and friendly animals in Sri Lanka cultivate and dance with it, offering a colorful reflection on the infinite beauty of nature.
