Hanna missed her train. Her destination was the event of a DJ in Berlin with whom she’s flirting. Now she has to go on a car ride that raises a lot of questions, including whether all middle-aged men are a bit perverted.
Oh, to be young and do the craziest things for love… Who hasn’t? In this unique Swedish production, where the title is taken from the anthem sung by Foreigner and Mariah Carey, our animated heroine misses her train and rushes to hitch a ride to Berlin. She is determined to see her boyfriend, DJ ___snorksenzation__000, play at one of the coolest techno clubs in the city. But love is blind, and not everything is as it seems in this authentic road movie, which started as an art installation and thankfully turned into a film. A work that reminds us that getting disillusioned and having our hearts broken can be painful, but in the end, it’s truly a delight. (Pedro Gonçalves Ribeiro)
