Bye Bye Turtle

Inci and Zeynep take turns carrying a bulky bag on their backs after their unlikely encounter in the arid plateaus of a lost village in Turkey. Each also has her own burden to carry. A story of female emancipation and the passing of the baton between a young adult and a child in a region where habits and traditions change very slowly, like turtles. (Carlos Ramos)
