An elderly man refuses to give up his seat in the stands, a lady ignores the long line at the snack bar while tasting every wine available, and a simple misunderstanding between two boys sparks a violent escalation between their parents. With its delightful zooms (especially the hilarious shot of a pigeon), expressive plongées, and meticulous sound design, the mise-en-scène keeps the tension palpable, revealing, with every gesture and confrontation, the worst side of human nature.
