Wang Bing in marathon today at the ideal cinema

Today IndieLisboa presents the trilogy by filmmaker Wang Bing: Youth (Spring), Youth (Hard Times), Youth (Homecoming).

In this trilogy, Wang Bing follows the peaceful and arduous lives of the same characters over several years. We thus witness different stages in the lives of these people, and we also get to know a country outside its urban centres.

This epic work by the director opens today at 1pm at Cinema Ideal with Youth (Spring). It continues at 5pm with the second episode Youth (Hard Times) and ends at 9.45pm with the epilogue Youth (Homecoming).

The director will be present at the last two sessions.
