Three students travel to Maryland to shoot a documentary about the legend of the Blair Witch, concerning a witch who supposedly vanished in the forest only to return and haunt the town. As their research unfolds, the friends lose their way and the circumstances grow increasingly sinister, everything documented by their cameras.
