Markers, pens, pencil smudges, scribbles on paper. An animated musical whose purpose is to celebrate the harmony that is created between colors, patterns, textures and sounds, in a symphony of creative and spontaneous energy to the rhythm of the drum cymbals.

A film with a musical touch that dances in an aligned and curved geometry. Shapes which are subject to movement, rhythm, decomposing, recreating themselves through a creative and free adventure, open to the title’s onomatopoeia: Poum Poum! Black and white, diversity of shapes, colour, pens and paintings fill the screen, empty it, trace an intermittent and expressive rhythm: everything on the drum! (Carlota Gonçalves)

A raw documentary about Delphine, a young Cameroonian woman who is carrying a suffering that has sprouted horns. Rosine Mbakam’s camera keeps its eye on Delphine, without looking away or illustrating what she expresses. Cameroonian-born and Belgium-based, Mbakam and her cinema, which has focused on the migrant experience, explore themes such as the weight and dominance of patriarchal societies over African women and the Western culture’s sexual, colonial exploitation.
