Industry Awards of the 21st edition of IndieLisboa

The results of the Cinema Support Fund for the 21st edition of IndieLisboa were announced yesterday during the Industry Dinner, based on the Pitch of the eight projects evaluated by an international jury.


The jury, consisting of Dovilė Grigaliūnaitė Head of Program and Acquisitions Vilnius Film Festival | Kino Pavasaris Distribution, Aurélien Marsais, Programmer, Producer, Cinéma du Réel, and Nuno Galopim, journalist, decided to award the following prizes:

Lusófona University of Humanities and Technologies – financial support worth €1,500 awarded to a project of any length and genre

La Dormiente
Maria Inês Gonçalves, Portugal, doc., fic., 23’, 2024

Digital Mix Music and Image – sound post-production services for a short film and a feature film, this only for mixing without sound editing or sound design

Bubaque Fishermen
Pedro Florêncio, Portugal, doc., 50’, 2024


A Memoir of Anticipation

GDA Foundation – €6,000 for creating original music, awarding two short films (each €3,000)

The Green Language

The Yellow Color – two days in the studio for image post-production for a short film, with the technician(s) being paid separately

The Lisbon Screenings – No Comboio award was awarded to the film Infinito Infinito, by Mariana Caló and Francisco Queimadela.

The jury was composed of Rita Correia, Ramiro Ledo and Alexandra Ferraz.

The award-winning film will be distributed by No Comboio.

This award is a collaboration between the international distributor Portugal Film and the national distributor No Comboio.
