IndieLisboa 2022 is coming and with it the need to expand the team for another edition of the festival.
For now, we have two opportunities available to join the festival’s Communication team: Press Office and Digital Communication Management.
1) Press Office (March-May)
What do you need?
Love cinema,
Teamwork,
Experience in writing about cinema,
Fluency in English and Portuguese,
Minimum 2 years of experience in press relations or event communication.
What is the job description?
Participate in the creation of the communication strategy,
Create and send press releases and follow up contact with journalists,
Schedule and follow up (when necessary) interviews,
Acting in the design of the press conference (concept, guest list, materials, receiving guests)
Create content and articles on different themes about the festival’s program for different communication channels,
Manage national and international press guests to cover the festival,
Create and share reports with results.
2) Digital Communication Management (February-May)
What do you need?
Love cinema,
Teamwork,
Experience in writing about cinema,
Fluency in English and Portuguese,
Minimum 2 years of experience in digital communication (and working with all the necessary tools).
What is the job description?
Manage the festival’s digital communication (social media, newsletters, website, app, etc.),
Coordinate festival coverage (photo, video and social media),
Create and deliver creative content for communication channels,
Coordinate team (photography, videography, audiovisual),
Implement online campaigns (Google, Youtube, Facebook, etc),
Create and share reports with results.
The work type is in person – in Lisbon – in both positions.
