Industry | 17th Edition of IndieLisboa

From August 31st to September 3rd, IndieLisboa’s industry activities took place, destined to national and international professionals, entirely online. Dedicated to presenting and supporting new films and Portuguese projects of all genres and length, the whole of the three activities, the Lisbon Screenings, Portuguese Film Fund, and Cine Cerca (invited iniciative), presented in 2020 a total of thirty new titles.

To highlight is the strong adhesion to the Lisbon Screenings, an initiative organized by Portugal Film – Portuguese Film Agency in parallel with IndieLisboa, which saw over one hundred international guests confirming their presence in the online screenings, that took place in the Festival Scope Pro platform. Seventeen new Portuguese films were presented, from those six in the process of being finalized, amounting to a very positive overview from those who, together with many international programmers, usually come to Lisbon every year to cover the Lisbon Screenings and who, this year, did it remotely on screen for the sessions for the first time. All the detailed information of the presented films as well as the list of guests and participations can be found below. here.
